The Revd Canon Les Oglesby

For the seven years before I came to Ely, I had been a Team Rector in the diocese of St Albans in an historic market town. I have also served in new town, urban and commuter village parishes.

My experience in theological education has been on the staff of a non-residential ministerial training scheme and as a diocesan officer in a department responsible for adult and continuing ministerial education. I am committed to the search for the renewal of Christian vocation to discern and respond to God's mission in the world and to seek the new and renewed ways of being church that may enable that process.
