Schools Administrator vacancy
The Schools Team supports over 80 church schools across the diocese and works with 3 local authorities. We wish to appoint a person who supports the church’s work in education and our Christian ethos to this full-time post based in Ely.
You will be a main point of contact between the schools and the Diocese. We are looking for a cheerful person who is highly motivated, flexible and efficient. Excellent communication skills and a good command of ICT will be needed to ensure the professional management of the Schools Office. In addition you will:
- act as PA to the Director
- help organise a range of events and communications
- support various meetings and committees
- co-ordinate governor appointments
Salary range: £16,000—£18,500
Enhanced CRB checks will be required.

Team Vicar in the Ely Team Ministry
A Team with an evangelical ethos based in Ely and surrounding villages. The new Team Vicar will have particular responsibility for the villages of Little Downham (pop 2500) and Chettisham (pop 200), as well as a lead role in developing our ministry to the rapidly expanding north end of Ely. Little Downham, is an Anglican/Methodist LEP.

- Lead a committed lay team
- Continue to develop our work with children and families
- Offer good quality teaching

Priest in Charge for Barton Bendish and Fincham group
The eight lively parishes of Barton Bendish, Beachamwell, Boughton, Fincham, Marham, Shouldham, Shouldham Thorpe and Wereham in the attractive West Norfolk area of the Ely Diocese are looking for a priest who will:
- relate to all ages
- be enthusiastic and energetic
- be able to develop variety of worship and to nurture the congregations
- has excellent organisational skills
- help them take forward their Mission Action Plans and show good leadership and organisational skills
You should be engaged with the communities, fostering unity and demonstrating the power of the Holy Spirit in word and deed.
