Director of Ministerial and Adult Learning:
The Revd Canon Les Oglesby

Canon Oglesby is responsible for all continuing ministerial education matters. These include years 1-4 post ordination training, queries about personal grants and extended study leave. He is also responsible for the implementation of the All Good Gifts Around Us report in parishes and localities as well as diocesan adult learning programmes. Les Oglesby works from Diocesan Office and can be contacted there.

Ministerial and Adult Learning Officer:
The Revd Christine Worsley

Christine Worsely oversees the training and support for local ministry teams of clergy and laity as they undertake mission and ministry in the diocese. She is coordinator of the authorised lay ministry initial training programme. This programme consists of modules in children’s and youth ministry, evangelism, pastoral care, music, worship leading and administration. She also coordinates the initial training programme for Licensed Lay Ministers (Readers).
