The Revd Lindsay Yates - trained as a barrister and practised briefly at the bar before studying Theology at King's College, London and at Ripon College Cuddesdon, Oxford. She served as a curate in rural Oxfordshire from 1999-2002 before coming to Cambridge as Chaplain of Pembroke College (2002-2006). She is currently on the staff at Westcott House, Cambridge and is studying for a further degree in Church History.
The Revd Ruth Adams was born and brought up in Belfast, Northern Ireland. After reading history in Durham she returned to Ireland and trained for the Ministry with the Church of Ireland in Dublin. She served as a Curate in Omagh and then worked as a chaplain in Trinity College, Cambridge. She is currently minister of Bar Hill Church - a Local Ecumenical Project - a partnership between the Church of England, the Methodist Church, the Baptist Union, the Society of Friends and the United Reform Church.
Kate Aylmer trained as Secondary schoolteacher, moving to Retail Management Training, before returning to Primary teaching and is now an Advisory Teacher for Cambridgeshire in (ICT) Information and Communication Technology. Licensed as a Lay Minster (Reader) at Bar Hill Church (LEP). She is a Spiritual Director and is currently training in Pastoral Counselling.
The Revd Ally Barrett is Vicar of Buckden and Offord, and also serves on the Diocesan Mission Advisory Group.  She is married and has two young children. 
The Revd Dr Alexandra Clarke is married and has two young children. She began exploring her own vocation whilst at university, inspired by a combination of faith, liturgy and music, and theological curiosity. She subsequently worked for the Anglican Church in Namibia and then did a PhD in Medieval Spirituality. Alexandra trained for ministry at Westcott House in Cambridge and was ordained in 2005. She is now a curate in the Papworth Team - a team of 13 parishes in west Cambridgeshire. She is particularly interested in schools and children's work.
The Revd Judi Clarke is Rector of St Andrew’s Great Staughton with St Nicolas Hail Weston with St Leonard’s Southhoe. She is also the officiating Chaplain to the Forces at Bassingbourn Barracks and a Spiritual Director.
Linda Dean is a Licensed Lay Minister at The Church of the Good Shepherd, Cambridge, and a member of the chaplaincy team at The Arthur Rank Hospice. Before that, she was a Primary school teacher.
The Revd Dr Adam Dunning is Priest-in-charge of Holy Trinity, Orton Longueville. He read Philosophy and Theology at the University of Oxford and subsequently did a PhD in Medieval Mystical Theology. He spent several years lecturing and has worked as a fundraiser for a homeless charity. He trained at Westcott House, and has spent the nine eight years in ministry - in ruralWorcestershire, Birmingham and now in Peterborough. His current interest is the theology of C S Lewis. Adam is married and has one daughter.
Ruth Kightley is a Licensed Lay Minister in Feltwell and Methwold Parish also licensed to Thetford Team Ministry. For nine years she was Registrar for the Licensed Lay Ministry in Ely Diocese but has recently retired to Thetford. She has worked with Primary school children, predominantly KS1 and SEN. Ruth is also a trained draughtsperson for cartographic and architectural designs.
Dr Bridget Nichols is Lay Chaplain to the Bishop of Ely and has been a member of the Vocations Advisory Group since its inception. She has a particular interest in liturgy.
The Revd Stephen Rothwell is married and has one son. Having served his curacy in North Cambridge he is now a rector in the southwestern part of Ely Diocese, serving three separate villages. He says his move from city life to a more rural environment has been both unexpected and challenging. He is interested in how faith and belief are revealed at the cinema and in music.
