The Archbishop of York began his visit to the Diocese in the new township of Hampton, near Peterborough, where he urged the local congregation of Christ the Servant King to build their own church. Despite the first houses being finished in the late 1990s, Hampton still does not have a church building. Sunday services are held in a local primary school.
