St Martin's Men's Ministry Day Away 2009

St. Martin’s Men’s Breakfast 2009 away day breakfast is in York. The luxury executive coach, complete with toilet, DVD Player and drinks facility, will leave St. Martin’s and travel North to the Ancient City of York.

The coach will park up at the National Railway Museum (the world’s largest Railway Museum) for the day and allow the opportunity to visit the Museum or take the 10 minute walk, or free road train, into York City Centre itself and explore the many fantastic facilities it has to offer before returning to the museum for the late afternoon departure back to Cambridge.

The cost of the coach will be in the region of £20 per person, please find below a list of possible attractions to visit all of which offer free admission. In addition other possible places to visit include:

York Minster, The Yorvik Viking Centre, Yorkshire Museum, York Brewery, Guided River Trips and York Castle Museum not to mention the world famous Shambles shopping area.

Book early to avoid disappointment!

  • York Museum Gardens and Observatory
  • Also a free Prize winning Treasure Hunt which will take you past all of the main attractions of York!!! Should only take 1.5 hours to walk the route so plenty of time for stops on route.
