Finding Great St Mary's

Great St Mary's is at the north end of King's Parade, facing the University's Senate House and overlooking the Market Square.

St Michael's, which serves as our church hall, is to be found a short distance away, opposite the Porters' Lodge of Gonville and Caius College on Trinity Street.

Parking

Cycle parking is available along the fence all around our site. Cars can be parked on ``The Backs'' (Queens Road) free of charge on Sundays and in the evenings -- a short walk along Garrett Hostel Lane or through Clare College. There is also a car park at Lion Yard, just across the Market Place.

It is possible to bring people by car very close to our building, but not to park near it. The main part of our building (but not the tower or the offices) is accessible by wheelchair.

Directions from the Railway Station

• Go along Station Road, which is the road facing the entrance of the station.
• Turn right at the end.
• Carry on for nearly a mile, going into a semi-pedestrianized area, until you have just passed the church of St Andrew the Great.
• Turn left into Petty Cury, which will take you to the Market Square..
• We are diagonally across the Market Square from Petty Cury.

Directions from the Bus station

• Go along Drummer Street (which is effectively part of the Bus Station)
• Turn right at the end.
• Carry on until you have just passed the church of St Andrew the Great.
• Turn left into Petty Cury, which will take you to the Market Square..
• We are diagonally across the Market Square from Petty Cury.
