On Sunday 1st October 2006, we launched a new service.

The Evening Celebration is for all: the teaching is at an adult level, but anyone who wants to is very welcome to come. The service consists of Worship, Word and Ministry. Refreshments are available from 6.30pm in the foyer. The service starts promptly at 7.00pm, with a brief welcome, followed by an extended time of sung worship, with a celebratory emphasis. The Word element (beginning around 7.30pm) gives an opportunity for extended, in-depth, Biblical teaching. This gives the opportunity for ‘meatier’ sermons than are possible within the constraints of the morning service, within the overall objective: ‘to prepare God's people for works of service’ (Ephesians 4.12). Following the Word comes Ministry from approximately 8.00pm, when prayer ministry is available as part of the service. We hope you will come along to the Evening Celebration and enjoy all aspects of the service. However if you don't enjoy extended times of sung worship you are very welcome to arrive at 7.30pm for the Word element of the service.
