 Walpole St Peter Flower Festival

Commended in every major guide to Great Britain, with five stars in "England's Thousand Best Churches" (Simon Jenkins), featured in "Travels with Pevsner" (BBC 2) and "Highway", the location of an Open University presentation and the film "The Nine Tailors Mystery", this exceptional parish church of the Walpole villages is recognised as a masterpiece of 14th century architecture and attracts visitors throughout the year but especially for the famous Annual Flower Festival, which has featured on Anglia and Yorkshire TV in 1997.

The Festival is one of the oldest and grandest of its kind attracting coach parties and family outings from far and wide, all enjoying the huge display of choice blooms inside the church and the many stalls and popular catering outside the building.
