Find us 2 miles north of Wisbech. Address St. Mary's Church, School Road, West Walton.  PE147ES

Access to the church is always assured. On those occasions when it has to be locked, directions are available for obtaining the key on the church door. The tower is now in the capable hands of The Churches Conservation Trust and a key is available by prior arrangement with the Trust.

Local facilities include: Village shop, Post Office [Walton Highway end of village], Public House (King of Hearts, tel. 01945 584785) with good food next to the church, Bed and Breakfast accommodation nearby. St Mary's is included as part of the Ely Diocese 'Church Trail' entitled 'Marshland Majesty'. This is a splendid coloured information pack of six magnificent North Norfolk churches which includes coloured cards illustrating some major features of interest in the various churches. The Wisbech Tourist Information Centre, 3 Bridge Street, Wisbech (Tel 01945 583263) may be helpful source for further information.

It costs £287 per week to keep St.Mary's Church open, that's £42 per day or £1.70 per hour so if visiting our church every little helps!
